Pre-public-launch — today's reach is the marketing site at predictflow.org plus under 10 private testers. The addressable audience is real and quantifiable: ~200K monthly active prediction-market traders on Polymarket + Kalshi (the 2024-election-cycle cohort that stuck around at institutional volumes), plus the ~500K+ Solana DeFi power users already placing limit orders on Jupiter, Drift, and Mango. Target reach in the first 90 days post-public-launch: 1–5K wallet connections from organic Solana DeFi distribution plus Solflare and DFlow partner channels. Cost basis is sub-$1/month on Cloudflare — the runway is effectively infinite while we instrument conversion.

Two segments, both already underserved: 1. Active prediction-market traders on Polymarket and Kalshi who want the order types they have on every spot DEX — limit triggers, automated stop-loss / take-profit, DCA. The 2024-cycle institutional cohort that stuck around and now expects DeFi-grade UX from every venue they touch. 2. Solana DeFi power users from Jupiter, Drift, and Mango who recognize prediction markets as the next composable primitive but won't touch a venue that only ships market orders. Notable customers: none yet — currently under 10 private testers (me + early adopters who've connected wallets and walked the flows). Pricing tiers (Pro / Whale) and referral system are coded and ready to flip on at public launch.
